Yes. We are pleased to offer our customers a large variety of Christian products and merchandise. Because we strive to offer high quality and relevant Christian products, we at Halas & Phos stand behind the products we sell.
Our Guarantee and Commitment to you is this: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, within 30 days of purchase, you can request a return*, exchange or a refund. Please contact us so we can work with you to resolve the problem.
We also guarantee that our MSRP prices listed are the manufacturer’s actual suggested retail price. We never inflate the MSRP. We strive to live both in our daily lives and our business lives as Salt and Light! If a manufacturer has dropped their MSRP because of a closeout or other factors, and you notice that our price is still set at the old MSRP, please let us know and we will fix our MSRP and adjust our selling price accordingly.
*All Thomas Nelson Publishers items sold are non-refundable.
*All CD’s and DVD’s sold, from our other suppliers, are non-returnable unless they are un-opened and in re-sellable condition.

Is my personal and payment information secure?
We use an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) Shopping Cart system for our store.
Payments are processed through Paypal's credit card processing system, which is also SSL protected. Your order is fully secure through our Shopping Cart as well as during the payment process. Ordering data and credit card information is encrypted with 128-bit encryption, the most secure level possible.
When ordering on our secure server you will see a "lock" symbol or icon in your browser window. Some browsers display the lock at the bottom right corner of the window. Others display it in the lower left corner of the window. Still others display the lock within the Address Bar, where the web page's URL is located.
The lock symbol in your browser tells you that you can submit your order with confidence.
When paying on PayPal's system you will also see that lock. This tells you that you can submit your credit card information securely. Also, look for the Thawte SSL certificate on most if not all of our pages. This is another assurance that your data is secure.
Another safety feature of our web site is the "Control Scan Verified Secure" site seal, a security-scanning service the constantly monitors our site for resistance to hackers and other security infractions. This helps us assure that our site is resistant to compromise by those with nefarious intent.
Internally, within our organization, we subscribe to the PCI security standards for handling of customers confidential information. One such step involves not storing any confidential customer information on our order processing computers or database management computers. We also apply industry-standard security measures to prohibit access to our systems from outsiders, making our company and its processes PCI compliant.

Several shipping methods are available according to the manufacturer’s shipping preference. During checkout you will be choosing which method you prefer within the manufacturer’s settings. The following methods are offered within our shopping cart (this does not mean that each method is available by each manufacturer. USPS 1st Class (up to 13 oz); USPS Priority Mail; UPS Ground; UPS 2nd Air; UPS 3 Day Select; UPS Next Day Air; FedEx Ground; FedEx 2nd Day Air; FedEx 3 Day Air; FedEx Next Day Air.
Orders are normally shipped from our manufacturers within 2 to 3 business days from the time your order is received. Please allow 7 to 10 business days to receive your merchandise. If you do not receive your order after 10 business days please contact us so we can follow up with our vendors.
Not all of our manufacturers offer shipping internationally. If you have a question regarding international orders please contact us.
Please contact us prior to ordering if you need an order expedited or rushed (shipped the day of order). We will be able to tell you whether it is possible. There is an additional charge for all expedited or rushed orders.

- Halas & Phos offers FREE SHIPPING on domestic orders to the Continental USA on all orders $99.00 or more.
- The Shipping Method and Carrier for the Free Shipping offer is made at our discretion.
- Free shipping may not be combined with any other offer or promotion unless specified within that other promotion of offer.
- Free shipping is not offered on orders with specially-negotiated pricing or custom quotes, price-matches or special order items, unless otherwise specified in the quotation.
- All special offers may change without notice, at our discretion.
- Orders using USPS do not receive tracking numbers. Halas and Phos is not responsible for merchandise lost in transit when shipped by USPS.
- Orders shipped to a P.O. Box must be shipped via USPS. UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
- During the Christmas Rush season (1 week before Thanksgiving through the week of Christmas) please allow 2 to 3 extra days even IF you select a premium shipping method or RUSH shipment.

What is your Return/Exchange policy?
It is our hope that you find your order to be of the highest quality and that you are pleased with your purchase. But just like everyday life sometimes things just go wrong. We want to offer you the best possible customer service so that is why we include a return/exchange policy for you - our customer(s).
If you need to return or exchange something please notify us within 30 calendar days of receiving it. Contact Us stating the following:
- Product(s) you wish to return/exchange.
- Order number and date of purchase.
- Reason for the return/exchange.
- Your name, phone number and address.
We will contact you with instructions on how to and where to send your return/exchange within 1 to 2 business days.
All returns and exchanges must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with tags and original material enclosed.
If the return is because you ordered the wrong size or color you are responsible for shipping charges both ways. You will be invoiced via PayPal for the shipping charges for the new item to be sent to you.
If the return is because of a shipping error either by us or our supplier your shipping charges are covered both ways.
If the return is because of a defective product, shipping is covered both ways.
If you are exchanging product, the new product will be sent to you upon receipt of the original one.
Please send all products back via a shipping method that supplies a tracking number (i.e. USPS Priority with Delivery Confirmation; UPS or FedEx)

Do you stock all the items in your store?
Halas & Phos is a drop-ship retailer. That means, for most of our items, we do not handle the merchandise directly but your order is shipped directly from the manufacturer. From time to time our suppliers do run out of certain items. Our suppliers do their very best to keep all items, designs and sizes in stock. If the case may arise that an item you ordered is out of stock we will be sure to inform you via e-mail.

Do Disciple Shades sunglasses come with a warranty?
Yes, Disciple Shades sunglasses are warranted by Disciple Shades for three years from the date of purchase against defects in materials and/or workmanship. Disciple Shades will replace at their option, free of charge with proof of purchase, any Disciple Shades sunglasses found to be defective during the warranty period.
This warranty shall not apply to any defects or damages caused by improper or unreasonable use of the product. Disciple Shades lenses are not warranted against scratching however see Lens Replacement Section below.
All warranties that are implied by law are also limited for three (3) years from the date of purchase. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
If They Are Under Warranty
Once Disciple Shades determines that your frames are under warranty, you will be charged a small shipping and processing fee of $14.95 and a new pair will be sent to you.
If They Are Not Under Warranty
Once Disciple Shades determines that your frames are not under warranty, we can offer you the Good As New policy and your pair will be replaced with a new one at wholesale pricing (50% off retail) plus $14.95 shipping and handling. Please send a check or money order for your fee. If you would like to pay by credit card please provide a daytime phone number or email address.

Lens Replacement Guarentee
Through Disciple Shades, Lens Replacement consumers can opt to replace scratched lenses for a nominal shipping & handling fee of $14.95 directly through Disciple Shades. The LRG policy is subject to change without notification. Please contact Disciple Shades Customer Service @ 886 552-7309 for details on the LRG program including coverage and fees.
