We at Halas & Phos and Salt & Light Christian Mall are pleased to offer you, our customer, quality
screen printing of your Organizations name on the back or sleeve of shirts which are manufactured by our suppliers
who do not ordinarily offer custom printing options. Here are the terms and conditions of the custom print program:
- Specialty printing orders do not qualify for free shipping even though the order minimum is 24 shirts, which is over our $ 100.00 free shipping policy.
- This is because the shirts have to ship to our printing company then ship from the printers to you.
- We DO however offer you a break on the shipping charges whether you select regular shipping or express shipping.
- Please select the quantity of shirts to be printed from the quantity field (24 piece minimum).
- Tell us what you want to say.
- We have two lines for that.
- Keep it short and to the point.
- If you get too wordy we will let you know.
- Pick a printing color.
- All printing is done with an ink color that contrasts the shirt color.
- We will do our best to coordinate the print color and font style with the design of the shirt.
- The
default color, if we cannot make a good contrasting match, is black on
light colored shirts and white on dark colored shirts.
- There is an extra charge for white print.
- This is because white print on dark colored shirts requires two
passes on the machine.

- Choose where you want the printing to appear on the shirts.
- Select your shipping preference.
- If you need the shirts in less than 30 days (normal turn-around time) you should select expedited shipping.
- Usually our turn-around is much less than 30 days, but we cannot guarantee less than 30 days because of factors beyond our control.
- A customer service person will contact you within one business day from the time you enter your order to confirm the details of your order and answer any questions.
Therefore it is essential that you provide
a GOOD phone number where you can be most easily reached.
- Because of all the variables impacting custom printing, no special print orders will be processed until and unless we can talk with you over the phone first!!
- All custom printed shirts are non-returnable and non-refundable except in cases of manufacturing defect or poor quality control, as detrmined at our discretion.
