The facts of life page will help you understand a very "sticky issue" that many people are uncomfortable talking about.
When talking about "the facts of life" most people think about "the birds and the bees" (sex). But those kinds of facts are not the only kind of "facts of life" there are. While learning about one's body and how reproduction works is important for every human to understand, it is by far NOT the most important issue mankind deals with. Read on to understand what we are talking about.
These are the "facts of life" from God's point of view:
Fact 1: God loves you
"For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes
in Him should not perish but have everlasting life." -
"But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners,
Christ died for us." -
Fact 2: You are a sinner
"For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God." -
"As it is written: There is none righteous, no, not one." -
Fact 3: God has a solution to your sin problem
"For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus
our Lord." -
"But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God,
to those who believe in His name." -
"For I delivered to you first of all that which I also received: that Christ died
for our sins according to the Scriptures, and that He was buried, and that He rose
again the third day according to the Scriptures." -
Fact 4: God can solve your sin problem RIGHT NOW
"Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door,
I will come in to him and dine with him, and he with Me." -
"For 'whoever calls on the name of the LORD shall be saved.' " -
So Now What:
Talk to God just like you are talking to your very best friend. Tell Him that you are a sinner and that you need His forgiveness. Tell Him you believe that He died for your sins. Tell Him you want to turn from your sins and invite Him to come into your heart and life. Tell Him that you want to trust Him as your Savior and to follow Him as your Lord. Below is a prayer example you can follow but use your own words. Remember you are talking to your very best friend.
"Dear Lord Jesus, I know that I am a sinner and need Your forgiveness, I believe that You died for my sins. I want to turn from my sins. I now invite You to come into my heart and life. I want to trust and follow You as Lord and Savior. In Jesus' name. Amen"
Jesus said "I say to you, there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over
one sinner who repents." -
Find a church:
After making your decision to receive Christ, we encourage you to prayerfully,ask God, to help you find a local church that will help you in grow in your new Christian life through the teaching of God's word (the Bible).
"But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ." -

The Bible says you can be confident as a believer:
"That if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that
God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved." -
“Most assuredly, I say to you, he who hears My word and believes in Him who sent
Me has everlasting life, and shall not come into judgment, but has passed from death
into life." -
"But these are written that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of
God, and that believing you may have life in His name." -
